- We identify obstacles (like side effects of medications) that can interfere with the ability to live safely at home and we make recommendations in regards to reasonable modifications that can increase safety in the home.
- We assist the family in their communications with medical care providers when appropriate.
- We offer advice about how to best pursue insurance benefits available (since approval often requires certain “buzz” words).
- We offer flexibility in our services offered as we understand the unique needs of seniors and their families.
